This past Saturday at the monthly FIDO Pet Food Bank, we served a record number of people and pets! In just five hours, we distributed over 10,724 pounds of dry food, 2,393 cans of wet food, and 2,500 pounds of litter. That food will provide more than 62,000 meals to over 1,000 pets this month. We need your support to meet the increasing demand as prices for pet food continue to soar. Our spring can and bottle drive is just one way you can help. Donate your cans & bottles by May 4, and FIDO will receive an extra 20% in donations thanks to the Oregon BottleDrop Earth Week Give program. Donations transferred online from personal green bag accounts to FIDO also qualify for the matching funds.

Our Spring Can & Bottle Drive starts TODAY! Thanks to the Oregon BottleDrop Earth Day Give program, all can & bottle donations made through May 4 will receive 20% in matching funds!!! This also applies to any donations transferred to FIDO from personal green bag accounts, which can be done online through BottleDrop.
With demand increasing and pet-food costs rising, every can and bottle, every dollar helps us continue doing the hard work of keeping people and their pets together during difficult times. Thank you for your support!!!
P.S. - If you already have FIDO blue bags, they can be taken directly to a BottleDrop station. You're also welcome to bring cans and bottles to FIDO (or pick up blue bags) on Wednesdays from 9:00 - 12:00.

FIDO's Spring Can & Bottle Drive will be held April 22 - May 4 in conjunction with Oregon BottleDrop's 2024 Earth Week Give Program. Cans/bottles donated to FIDO during this period will receive 20% matching funds from BottleDrop! You can get blue bags from FIDO if you want to take your donations directly to BottleDrop, or you're welcome to bring your donations to the April 20th Pet Food Bank from 9:00 to 2:00.
